Shipping to PO Boxes and APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico:
Please note, aerosol items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box shipping address, and it includes one of these items, you may be contacted by customer service to obtain a physical address. This may also cause a delay in the usual delivery times.
We cannot ship to APOs at this time.
Free shipping is ONLY available for ground shipping on orders over $50 dollars and within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not eligible for free shipping.
Most items can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, however certain restrictions may apply. Standard shipping to these regions may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package. Due to distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive.

Our order processing centers operate M -F, 9am - 5pm EST.
Typically orders will process the same day, except on holiday’s and weekends. Please note that www.alfaparfusapro.com does not offer Saturday delivery. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Our standard shipping service offers a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number to the email address provided in your order. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier website while the package is processing at the shipping facility. Please be patient and check after you have given at least 24 hours to update.
