All prices on alfaparfusapro.com are USD.
Our order processing centers operate M -F, 9am - 5pm EST.
Typically orders will process the same day, except on holiday’s and weekends. Please note that www.alfaparfusapro.com does not offer Saturday delivery. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Our standard shipping service offers a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number to the email address provided in your order. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier website while the package is processing at the shipping facility. Please be patient and check after you have given at least 24 hours to update.
If you do not see an email order confirmation or shipment notification, please be sure to check your spam folder. To avoid future notification issues, please add www.alfaparfusapro.com to your safe senders list.
***RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA)***
Once you have received your RA number, we ask that you properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your invoice and the RA#. If possible, use the original Alfaparf Group packaging. You are responsible for covering shipping costs of returned orders.
Please keep a record of your tracking information on your return as Alfaparf Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds for returns will be credited to the credit card or account used for purchase. Alfaparf Group returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price and will be deducted from the total refund amount on all returns. Refunds will be issued only after the item is received.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products returned to Alfaparf are in resalable condition and properly packaged. We will accept and issue credit for the following merchandise returns less freight, if applicable.
- Products received in our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Products included under the issued RGA
- Products which are brand new, unopened, in current packaging and not "Last Call" items
- Products whose shelf life is at least 6 months from expiration
- Products without price labels, residue from adhesive labels or markings of any kind
- Products purchased from alfaparfusapro.com by the invoiced Customer
Products which were not purchased as part of an introductory deal, swap or rewards redemption

For order discrepancies, or if your product is defective through no fault of your own, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Contact customer service by phone, Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm, at 1-877-722-6567, or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request a picture of the order discrepancy/defect to be emailed to us. We may provide you with a shipping label to return the product and will then send you the correct product. If we cannot provide you with a replacement product, we will issue a refund on the method of payment used to process the order.
***Any item(s) returned that fall(s) outside the above policy will be discarded by Alfaparf and no credit will be issued***
THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE TO BE SOLD ONLY BY LICENSED SALONS AND STYLISTS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING SOLD VIA THE INTERNET, MAIL ORDER, OR ANY OTHER UNAUTHORIZED OUTLETS. SUCH DIVERSION MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION BY ALFAPARF OF ALL FUTURE DELIVERIES OF PRODUCT WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
We cannot issue exchanges on orders made through www.alfaparfusapro.com. Customers wishing to replace their product with a new product should submit their original order for a return and refund and place a new, separate order for the new item.
If you placed an order that you would like to change or cancel, we will try our best to assist you. However, because our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, once an order has been packed and shipped, we will not be able to accommodate your cancellation request.

If you are requesting by email, please put “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject. Please be sure to provide your order number, name, and shipping address to help expedite the process.
