Social Media Assistant

We're currently looking for a Social Media Assistant to join the team.


Role + Responsibilities:

  • Helps manage social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest + YouTube
  • Works with National Artistic Director + Content Director to create content that promotes audience interaction + engagement that's aligned with monthly, seasonal + yearly plans.
  • Works as part of a team to develop + execute Advocacy monthly mailers
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics on social posts + mailer campaigns
  • Researchers trends + stays up to date on industry news, events + happening
  • Works with Social Media Director to develop content for all channels including but not limited to social media, websites + email marketing
  • Assists Social Media + Marketing Directors when needed with large projects, events, and launches

Customer Relations Specialist

We're currently looking for a Social Media Assistant to join the team.


Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring our business grows. This role enables the direct sales team and the skin care team by facilitating the order processing, providing customer support, and ensuring timely deliverables of accurate orders and customer needs. This individual manages the order process, ensuring that any new orders are processed timely and accurately, any customer issues with past orders have been properly addressed, and communicating with the direct and skincare teams to provide them with information necessary to maintain strong relationships with our customers. This individual must understand the importance of accuracy, strong communication, problem solving, and process execution, and he or she recognizes that these elements create a strong customer experience which results in customer loyalty, retention and brand growth.


Duties and responsibilities:

· Effectively execute the complete process for placing product orders, including timely and accurate order-processing, returns processing and credit processing, product exchanges, handling incoming calls and enquiry resolution for our customers

· Enforce the sales policy and communicate any customer concerns regarding policy

· Provide sales support and keep consultants and customers informed (phone, emails) of any changes in sales policy and back orders

· Creation of new customers according to the sales structure and respective territories

· Handle system updates: customer accounts information, remove old back orders, etc.

· Interact with internal and external areas to resolve issues accordingly and respond to e-mails, voicemail or faxes in a clear, concise, and timely manner

  • Exercise judgment and discretion in the completion of daily tasks and interaction with customers
  • Create purchase orders for incoming materials and update price list in SAP
  • Take every opportunity to exceed the expectations of both our internal and external customers
